Pingo Bingo App
Pingo Bingo does not currently have a downloadable app in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The good news is that you do not need one. Pingo Bingo is designed to work perfectly in your mobile/cell phoneβs web browser and can be added to your Home Screen so it looks and feels just like an app.
Once added, you can open Pingo Bingo with a single tap, without needing to visit the website each time.
A dedicated app is something we would love to offer in the future, but for now the browser version gives you the same experience without taking up storage space on your phone.

Getting Started
Pingo Bingo is a family-friendly Disney pin trading game on your mobile, where you can play classic Pingo/Pin Bingo, Pingo Quest, Pingo Dash and Pingo Pairs at Disney parks, resorts, cruise ships and even from your sofa at home. Invite your family and friends, and compete to see who wins first!
Pingo is the classic pin bingo game where you trade for specific pins to complete your board, like "Star Wars", "Tea cup", or "Villain". Designed like a class Bingo board, you can choose between 9, 16 or 25 squares (9 and 25 square boards give you a free centre square), along with the difficulty level of the clues (Easy, Medium, Hard or Fiendish!). You can then choose to have an unlimited time, so it's the first team to get a Bingo line along a vertical, horizontal or diagonal, or a timed-game where the board with the most pins after a certain time will win. After winning a line, you can choose to stop, or continue to get a full board/full house.
Pingo Quest is a scavenger hunt for any pins in a category. You choose a category, then choose between a timed game or the total number of pins that need to be discovered in that category. So, if the category was Star Wars, you need to find as many pins as possible to do with Star Wars... not any pin in particular. You can also set the category to Random and let the game choose!
Pingo Dash is NOT a game you'll want to attempt in hot weather! π It's similar to Pingo with different pins from any category - except you'll only be given one clue at a time! You get 3 "passes" for when you'll know you'll never find it - or you have 2 minutes left but you saw the pin on a board at the other end of the park... so do you pass or do you dash back? Choose between playing against a timer or enter a number of pins that need to be found.
Pingo Pairs gets you to match a character clue to a pin of their specific partner or villain (in Hard mode), or related character (in Easy mode). Each square shows a character clue. Your mission is to find a related pair - for example, if you see "Aladdin", you could find Jasmine, Genie, Jafar, Iago, Abah, Rajah, etc. (in Easy mode) OR only find the specific partner or villain, so find Jafar for Jasmine (in Hard mode). The first team to complete a full board wins. Choose between a 9- or 16-square board and choose unlimited time, or set a timer.

You can absolutely play without owning any pins - but pin trading is loads of fun! See What is Pin Trading? and our other blogs to find out how to get started.
For any of the games, instead of trading for a pin, just take a photo or video of one on a pin board, a Cast Member's pin pad (which hangs off their belts), a Cast Member's lanyard, or another pin trader's collection, as proof to your other team(s) that you found the pin.
You must ask a Cast Member or another member of the public to take a photo of their board, pin pad - or especially their lanyard - and please abide by their wishes. If they are reluctant, then ask whether they would be happy to hold the pin in their hand while you photographed just the single pin.

The great thing about Pingo Bingo is that you can play it from the comfort of your own home!
There are loads of brilliant content creators who play pin trading games on YouTube. Simply create your game in your Dashboard, then play their video and pause it when they show a pin board, pin pad or lanyard and see whether you can match any of your clues.
We're planning a future release that will allow a content creator to share their board with you, so you can play along with them, so keep an eye out for that!
