- Payment information handled by Stripe (we never store card numbers)
- Usage data such as game activity and device type, to improve performance
- Optional analytics data via cookies (with your consent)
2. How we use it
- To create and manage your account
- To process payments and renewals
- To send service emails such as receipts, renewal notices and bug fix updates
- To improve gameplay and identify errors
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use functional cookies for login sessions and anonymised analytics to understand how the app is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without them.
4. Data storage and security
Data is stored securely on servers in the UK/EU. We follow reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse of your data.
5. Contact and deletion
You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@pingo-bingo.com. Account deletion will permanently remove access, progress and boards linked to your account.
6. Children
The app is designed for family use but should be managed by an adult account holder. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.
7. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be posted within the app and on the website. Where appropriate, we may also notify you by email.
