Pingo Bingo is owned and operated by NM Consulting UK ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered business address is:

By creating an account, purchasing access or using Pingo Bingo in any way, you agree to these Terms.

2. Access and use

  • Access is granted for the period purchased (14 days, monthly or annual).
  • You may use the app for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
  • Each account or Grant Code is for a single user or group and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
  • All game boards, artwork, text and design remain the copyright of Pingo Bingo (NM Consulting UK). Unauthorised copying, publishing, redistributing or reproducing of boards is prohibited.

3. Payments and subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Conversion guidelines for foreign cards are also shown, but the final amount will depend on the conversion rate applied by your card provider. Conversion rates are shown for illustrative purposes only.
  • Trip Passes are one-off purchases and expire automatically.
  • Add-on Boards are one-off purchases and expire at the same time as your latest Trip Pass.
  • Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any active subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund previous payments. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds are only issued where required by UK consumer law.

4. Mistaken purchases

If you accidentally purchase the wrong pass (for example, an Annual Pass instead of a Monthly Pass), contact us within 72 hours of purchase at billing@pingo-bingo.com. At our discretion, we will issue a refund, provided the pass has not been used to create any boards.

5. Cancellations and expiry

  • Trip Passes and Add-on Boards expire automatically at the end of their validity period (14 days). If you purchase more than one Trip Pass (for example one on Day 1 and another on Day 7), then the Add-on Boards will expire when the second Trip Pass expires on Day 21.
  • Subscriptions remain active until cancelled by the user.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, breach of these Terms or suspected fraud.

6. Creator access

Creators who receive complimentary access or Grant Codes agree to the Creator Access Terms and Community Guidelines published on our website. Complimentary access can be paused or revoked at any time.

7. Liability

Pingo Bingo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss, delay, data error or park disruption arising from its use. This is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any theme park, including - but not limited to - The Walt Disney Company or Universal Studios, or any of their subsidiaries.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
